1. How can I track my order?

Once an order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a link to the tracking information. This allows you to easily track your order and see when it is expected to arrive. Click here to track your order.

2. What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your product. The return costs are at your expense, unless the product is damaged or there is an error on our part.

After receiving and checking your return, you will receive an update about the refund. If approved, we will refund the amount to the original payment method within 10 working days.

3. How long does shipping take?

Processing Time:
Orders placed before 10:00 PM (GMT) will be processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days.

Delivery Time:
Our delivery time is 6-9 business days. Please note that this is an estimate and may vary depending on the location and any customs delays. 

Receiving Time:
The total receiving time is 7–12 business days. 1–3 business days for processing + 6–9 business days for delivery.

4. What should I do if my item is damaged or defective?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service at info@nomaenest.com and send us a photo or a short video showing the defect so that we can help you immediately.

5. How can I change my order after I have placed it?

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact our customer service team at info@nomaenest.com as soon as possible. We can help if the order has not yet been processed.

6. Can I change my delivery address after an order has been placed?

7. What if my order hasn't arrived?
